Customer Return Policy and Guidelines

Blue Haven Pools & Spas Supplies Direct strives to make your purchasing and return experiences easy so that you remain a loyal and satisfied customer. Items can be returned for credit or exchanged within 99 days of receipt under our Return Policy and Guidelines.

Our 120% Price Protection Policy

We respect your right to make an informed buying decision. Should you find a lower price on an identical item -- except where noted -- in any other print catalog or internet store (must include tax and shipping), simply bring it to our attention BEFORE you place an order. We will cheerfully credit your purchase 120% of that difference. Our policy does not include auction items, closeouts, rebates, or limited-quantity sales. We may ask you to provide proof of purchase price.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and may take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. UPS ground is our standard shipping method, but we reserve the right to ship with other carriers.

Custom items such as pool covers or liners may require extra time.

Oversized and heavy items will be shipped via freight carrier (truckline) and can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Deliveries must be signed for by an adult after inspection; driver will need assistance with offloading.
