Nicole works on the website to keep product images, descriptions and pricing current. She also handles orders, answers customer service emails/phone calls, and does some accounting. Nicole graduated with a B.A. in E-Business from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI and has a certification in Web Development from the Association of IT Professionals. Her work history includes doing HTML layouts for alumni directories at Harris Connect in Norfolk, VA.

Cyndy Trinh-Keo, Customer Service Manager

Cyndy answers phones to help customers with product questions, places orders, and works with vendors to arrange shipping and customer service. She also maintains the online inventory. She is a native San Diegan who graduated from UC San Diego with a B.A. in Psychology. Cyndy has 2+ years experience working with databases and statistical analysis as a data assistant under two research scientists and will be a co-author on an upcoming paper in the field of child development. She has experience in marketing and promotions as a cabinet member of her sorority Rho Delta Chi and spent a year working in international business.
