Delzone Eclipse Installation

The DELZONE ECLIPSE units are designed for installation with an adjustable injector manifold plumbed into the main return line after all other pool equipment as shown below. The Eclipse will operate in unison with the pools main time clock.

Dispersion method: Plumbs into pool return line; injects ozone through a venturi injector when the pool circulation system operates. The other way for installing the EC series ozonator is through the suction side of your pool pump. In this installation, the ozonator becomes a secondary oxidizer providing a method to degrease and clean the filter.

Delzone Total Eclipse Installation

The DELZONE Total Eclipse generator is designed to recirculate pool water and inject ozone 24 hours a day. The Total Eclipse can be installed independently of pool equipment and will operate regardless of whether your pool system is turned on or off.

Dispersion method: Plumbs off the main circulation pipe after the filter and heater as shown below. Click on the picture below to see an enlarged view and 3 additional installation configurations.

Delzone Ultra Violet "UV" Installation

The ZO-900 can be installed several different ways. The first way is with a venturi injector which is plumbed into the main return line after all other pool equipment. It is designed to operate in unison with the pools main time clock. Sanitation takes place automatically whenever the main pump is running.

The second way for the ZO-900 to be installed is through the suction side of a pool pump. This installation preference will give you the added benefit of removing grease build-up and killing viruses and bacteria that get trapped in your filter.

Delzone SpaEclipse Installation

For installation into spas with water capacity up to 750 gallons. Plumbs into all ozone-ready spas or the spa return line. Injects ozone through venturi when the spa circulation system operates.

For spas where the air venturi is inaccessible, inconveniently located, or provides insufficient sucion, a DEL injector manifold may be used. These installations are also used if an air-blower is used to "supercharge" jets.

1-speed pumps require DEL injector manifold IU-206 (NSF listed)

2-speed pumps require DEL injector manifold IU-201

For installation into spas with water capacity up to 1,000 gallons. Plumbs into most all ozone-ready spas or the spa return line. Injects ozone through venturi when the spa circulation system operates.

For spas where the air venturi is inaccessible, inconveniently located, or provides insufficient suction, a DEL injector manifold may be used. These installations are also used if an air-blower is used to "supercharge" jets.
