A follow-up to the original Swim Power video series, Swim Power 2 addresses the ten most important drills to learn and perform well in order to improve your freestyle. These drills are pre- presented in an easy to follow format incorporating the exact sequence for you to perform them most effectively.

The sequel to Swim Power, this video helps take swimmers of all capabilities to the next level by combining power and position to create a synergistic effect for improved performance. Steve Tarpinian, a former national level swimmer and veteran triathlete as well as a member of USAT's National Coaching Commission, will demonstrate for you the proper technique of swimming and drills.

Swim Power II also features demonstrations by other top national swimmers and triathletes such as: Rip Esselstyn, Marc Grabisch, Jenna Shoemaker and Amity Hall. These drills are pre-presented in an easy to follow format incorporating the exact sequence for you to perform them most effectively.
