Pilates Pool Party. Includes a "take to the pool" BONUS audio CD and features innovative movements based on yoga, dance and Pilates (precise, carefully controlled toning routines). Karen uses both above and below-water photography to carefully demonstrate each routine. You'll begin with some exceptionally varied aerobics, everything from "jumping jacks" to ballet-style "arabesques." Then, it's a solid total-body toning section that ranges from Pilates to a short segment using a water paddle for extra resistance. The audio is a CD with two separate programs - you can listen to the instructional cues and music or just the music.
