The fixtures are illuminated by a string of mini lights that appear to twinkle through the punctured metal for a twinkling effect.

A socket adapter is used to plug the string of white mini lights into the fixture. The socket with adapter is located on the lid of the fixture.

The string of mini lights hang from hooks attached to the bottom of the lid.
The power cord is an indoor/outdoor electric power cord.
