Custom Spa Covers from Blue Haven Pools & Spas Supplies Direct

Custom Spa Covers

Protect your spa or hot tub with a custom cover that you can design in three easy steps.

STEP ONE: Select the shape of your spa or hot tub and fill-in the proper measurements. If you know the brand and model of your spa, you may enter when you choose your shape. It is not required for you to do so. You will also be asked to pick a skirt length as well as where to place the fold (when applicable).

STEP TWO: Select the color of your custom cover. We currently feature thirteen colors to choose from, letting you find the right one for your backyard or patio.

STEP THREE: Select the taper and thickness of your cover. Our custom covers feature your choice of a 3" to 2" taper or a 4" to 2.5" taper. Larger tapers are recommended for areas that receive a lot of rain or snow.

All of our tapered covers come with 2 handles and 4 tie downs. All of our custom covers are bi-fold.

All of our tapered covers come with your choice of 1, 2, or 3 pound foam padding.

Please note: Only spa covers 96" x 96" or smaller may be purchased online. If you need a larger spa cover, please call 1-888-256-8121 to speak with a custom spa cover professional. All custom covers come with a $50 handling fee.

General Measuring Guidelines

  • All measurements MUST be taken from the OUTER EDGE of the acrylic or wood railing of your spa.

  • Please provide all measurements in inches.

  • Rounding up to the next inch is preferred unless the spa is located inside a structure such as a gazebo. Never round to the nearest foot.

  • Please double-check your measurements as you are responsible for the accuracy.

Cut Corner Measuring Guidelines

  • Extend two imaginary lines to a point where the sides would have met had the corner been square.

  • Check the distance from the inflexion of the cut corner (point X) to the imaginary (point Y).

  • Now check this measurement against our cut corner measurement verification chart below.

  • Please note: If you add the measurement you obtained (X to Y) twice to the measurement D, you should equal measurement A.
