Comments:
This pool sweep does a wonderful job when it's new but has way too many parts that tend to wear out and are costly to replace. When it starts to not function properly you can count on buying anything from new feet or one of the internal gearboxes. I'm going to try a Barracuda next time.

Comments:
I have had my Navigator for 5 years now and it is still working like a champ. It is a little faded, but my pool is always clean and free from debri. I only have a problem when the field mice fall in the pool and gets stuck in the vac!

Too many parts/repairs

Comments:
I agree with the comment about too many parts/costly repairs. I've had a Navigator for 7 years and have replace almost every part (except the outer case. It worked great for 4 years, then little by little, the parts kept failing/wearing out. I should have just bought a new one at year 4 - I've spent at least that much in repairs.
